Beijing gets hot in summer … very hot! What better way to cool down than with a stroll down a river?

The White River is one of the rivers that feed the big Miyun Reservoir, and the river winds its way down a long canyon with dramatic cliffs and outcrops.

We had blue skies and hot weather on this walk – perfect!
